At Carers Link we value your comments, complaints and suggestions. All complaints made are taken seriously and will be dealt with in a fair and timely manner. Those who lodge a
complaint do so in confidence and without fear of retribution. If you wish to make a complaint you can request a copy of our Comments, Compliments and Complaints Brochure, contact our Chief Services Executive or lodge a complaint below.

We understand the important role the feedback cycle plays, and all concerns or complaints are used in our service’s continuous quality improvement. Participation in our annual questionnaires and feedback processes are encouraged, so you can be involved with improving the services we offer.

To continually assess the quality of our services, our coordinators also contact clients on a regular basis to review their experiences and to obtain feedback, comments and complaints on the services received. As a client, if you do not wish to be contacted for feedback, please let us know upon booking.
