Community Care Services

Our Qualified personal care staff hold qualifications in Aged, Disability & Community Care fields. All staff undergo the following checks, Police checks, Blue Cards & Criminal History screenings, Profile checks and first aid certificates. Carers Link is committed to provide culturally appropriate and accessible services to frail aged people and people with disability. If you are interested in Carers Link services and require an interpreter or translator to undertake the assessment process please contact us (or have someone contact us on your behalf) so that we can arrange this.

Host Home Care Services

This program offers supported accommodation care in our Host Carers Homes for families & organisations wishing to access planned or emergency respite. Clients who benefit from this service may require short to medium term respite, and may include persons with a disability or persons at risk. Our trained Host Home staff provide a safe family type environment where daily living requirements can be met on an individual basis.
