To ensure a high quality, professional and skilled workforce, we insist all our support workers hold a qualification in home and community care, aged care or disability. All support staff hold a current first aid and CPR certificate, Blue Card (working with children’s check) and national criminal history clearance.
Carers Link conducts regular training through professionally accredited trainers on topics such as PEG feeding, manual handling, infection control, epilepsy and autism. Our training program is responsive to client needs and is adapted accordingly.
