We have a vacancy in our group home based in Cashmere, north west of Brisbane around 35 minutes from the CBD.
Carers Link’s group home is a shared supported living arrangement, where 24/7 person centered support is provided by our caring and qualified staff. we currently support 3 males in their late 20’s & 30’s
- Need daily support with everyday living tasks
- Need support to access work and the community
- Are looking to gain or maintain independent living skills
- Are looking for an inclusive, shared living environment
- Have an intellectual or physical disability
- Receive NDIS funding for supported independent living
About The Group Home
Cashmere house is a beautiful 5 bedroom home, situated amongst natural bushlands. It features 2 large living areas, a well- appointed kitchen, sperate dinning, two bathrooms, an undercover entertainment area and lovely saltwater pool.
The group home is located close to public transport and local shops, and is around 35 minutes north of Brisbane’s CBD
